Claim Process:

To make a claim under this guarantee, you must notify Fenester Sash Windows in writing, providing details of the defect, within 30 days of discovering the issue.

Fenester Sash Windows reserves the right to inspect the windows and assess the validity of the claim before any repairs or replacements are carried out.

Limitations:

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and property where the windows were installed.

Fenester Sash Windows’ liability under this guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective window parts. We shall not be liable for any consequential damages or costs.
